Clear Census-Year Labels

Census 2011 and Census 2027
Bharat Population may display Census 2011 as previous official Census data while Census 2027 is shown as the current Census focus.
If verified Census 2027 population figures are not yet available for a location, the page may show an awaiting-data or “Awaiting Release” status instead of presenting an unsupported figure as official data.
Data Accuracy
We aim to reproduce and process source data carefully. However, large population datasets can contain historical spellings, older administrative structures and complex geographic mappings.
Where calculations are required, they are based on available source fields and are intended to make the data easier to understand.
